Conectiv is a provider of technological solutions for ultra-fast mobile payment infrastructure and secure connectivity for banking terminals. Our services include, but are not limited to, providing equipment, software, and training courses for technicians in implementing secure LTE-type networks for remote financial transactions.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Provider's Obligations (Conectiv)

• Providing services according to agreed technical specifications.
• Ensuring technical support according to contract terms.
• Organizing training courses by qualified personnel.

2.2. Client's Obligations

• Payment of issued invoices within contractual deadlines.
• Using the services and received information for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of training materials and technical documentation.

3. Limitation of Liability

Conectiv is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions. Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the service that caused the damage.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

All prices are expressed in RON and do not include VAT, if applicable. Invoices are issued monthly or according to the service cycle. Refunds are granted only under specific conditions, defined in the individual contract, and are not available for services already rendered or for activated software licenses.

5. Termination of Use

You may terminate the use of our services at any time by written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment of invoices, or fraudulent activities.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
